Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Silqera™ Silk Pillowcase.

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In original packaging

Important hygiene notice:
Due to the hygienic nature of silk pillowcases, used or opened products cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
